Round 1: This event is a business plan competition. The first round will include submitting a 700-1000 word executive summary and a team bio of maximum of 300 words. Other details will be sent to all participants in the problem statement.

Round 2: 30 Teams shortlisted from the first round will be required to send in a 5-slide presentation (excluding Intro and Thank you-slide) and a two-minute video, highlighting the novelty, market research, and feasibility of the idea.

Finals: The final rounds will be conducted during Atharv’ 20, February 19-21. A total of 15 teams shall be selected for the campus rounds, who shall then present their business-idea to an esteemed panel of industry experts and venture capitalists.

Round 1:This will be an online screening round, which will involve ten questions to test the candidate’s decision-making skills and thought-process. The candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of thought given behind the opinions; their opinions may vary. There is no right or wrong answer.

Round 2: A short case study will be sent to the top 30 teams, based on the results of Round-1. The case will test the team’s decision-making skills in tricky situations. A Two-minute video/5-slide presentation has to be submitted in this round.

Finals: The finals will be held during Atharv’ 20, February 19-21. The top 15 teams from Round-2 will compete against each other in the ultimate test of one’s aptitude for handling conflicting perspectives, thinking independently, and negotiating skills.

Round 1: This will be an online screening round, which would involve 30 MCQ/Fill-in-the-blanks type questions to be solved in 20 minutes. The questions would be based on contemporary policy issues and concepts. The top 50 teams will qualify for the next round.

Round 2: A real-life public policy problem will be sent to the participants, who need to submit a short video (< 4 mins) and a 600-word write-up explaining their proposed solution. The participants would be judged on the extent of their research, the feasibility of their solutions and creativity.

Finals: The finals will be held during Atharv’ 20, February 19-21. The top-15 teams from Round-2 will move on to the finals and present their proposed solutions in detail to government officials, and public-policy professors from IIM Indore. The finals will also include rounds to test the team’s on-the-spot thinking abilities and handle real-life challenges faced by the government in policy implementation.

Round 2:

The top 40 teams from Round-1 will proceed to this crisis handling round, where you as the HR-team have to prevent an organizational crisis. The scores from this round will carry a 25% weightage for the finals.
